Benjamin Tobitt has been suspended from a jail term. However, he has to seek for counseling. Tobitt pleaded guilty for his five offences. He stalked women and assaulted them. The first case happened on February. He attacked a woman in Rundle St car park and he firmly pinched her at the bottom. The other four cases happened on 21 March. He terrorized women at bus stop and car park. Then, he followed the women and molested them. He said in the court that he has no memory about those cases. His lawyer added that Tobitt was drunk during that time and sexual is not the main interest for Tobitt. Magistrate Alfio Grasso has suspended the jail, but he asked Tobitt to seek for counseling.
