Michael Benson, a passionate footballer was killed when he stepped out from behind a bus into the lane of a car. His teammates will gather this week to honor him. He was on his way home from school on Monday. He was struck by a car that was approaching him. His teammate who saw the accident offered counseling. The school principal, Mary Asikas said Bensin was a very kind boy, likeable and well-manned child. She said Benson was absolutely followed the school rules and regulations. Many people who were closed to him understandably very upset to the lost. Noarlunga Football Club president, Terry Finland said they were planning to honor him this coming weekend. His friend who saw the accident, Sam Crump said he often saw cars fail to spot bus passengers as they left the bus. It means that the car driver did not follow the road rules and regulations.
